At General Mills, we’re on a journey to make Big G cereals even better.

It’s all about focusing on what you love.

Like whole grain as the first ingredient in all Big G cereals and delicious ingredients like real honey in Honey Nut Cheerios and real cinnamon in Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

All the while, we’re also working to remove the things you’re looking to avoid. Which is why we made Cheerios, Rice Chex and Lucky Charms gluten free, never use high fructose corn syrup and have removed artificial flavors and colors from artificial sources from 90 percent of our cereals.

Whole grain first

General Mills has more ready to eat cereals that have whole grain as the first ingredient than any other cereal producer in the U.S.

Simply made. Gluten free.

We believe our cereals should be enjoyed by all. That’s why we made Rice Chex gluten free in 2008.

In 2015, we made Cheerios and Lucky Charms gluten free by simply removing stray wheat, rye and barley grains from our oat supply.

We hear you

We know sugar in cereal is a concern for many and we’re been working hard to lower sugar levels in our cereals. Since 2007, we’ve lowered sugar by nearly 20% on average across these kid cereals.

We also never use high fructose corn syrup.
