Through engagment with our employees and rigor around our safety practices, ee reduced our global total injury rate to .85 injuries per 100 employees in fiscal 2017, down from 1.20 in 2016. Our ultimate goal is zero injuries and illnesses.

Our board of directors includes 36 percent female directors and 36 percent who are ethnically diverse.
